Dinner in the Garden
When my wife offered to hire a caterer for my 50th, I was
skeptical. But, Marcus turned out to be both a consummate chef
and a good guy to have around. His response to our
requests were right on target, and the food was fantastic. I
thought I'd had grilled salmon too many times to believe it
could be a special occasion dish, but I've never ever had salmon
the way Marcus made it. Like "buttah" doesn't even do it justice.
And all the side dishes were also superb-- and Marcus and his
assistant were a delight to know. Thumbs up on all accounts.
