BOLERO: Spanish Recipes

Bolero -  A dance that originated in Spain in the late 18th century is a combination
of contradanza and the sevillana.  It is danced either alone or by a couple.  The
tempo is slow, romantic and preformed to music that is sung and accompanied by
castanets and guitars.
